It's pronounced oh-KAV-iks. The name is a riff on the founder's surname, Ogilvie. We fed the name to an AI, generated variations, then searched Google for every one. If it returned results, it was discarded. The goal was a word that existed nowhere on the internet, so that as we built content with strong SEO, searching "Okavyx" would lead directly to us. It worked. The name is unique by design, not by accident.
